Reclaim & Rebuild
Resume support, interview preparation, job readiness, financial literacy, and practical goal-setting for adults working toward independence.
Kansas City. Both sides of the state line.
Everyone deserves a way forward. We’re building a Kansas City nonprofit that connects neighbors with essentials, support, and pathways to independence.
Local roots. Human dignity. A fresh start.
Our founding commitments
Life gets complicated. Our approach starts with listening and respect—not labels.
We’re in the startup phase. These are the programs we’re building toward, not services available today.
Our goal is to work alongside local neighbors, volunteers, and resource partners on both sides of the state line.
The work ahead
From immediate needs to long-term goals, our planned programs meet people at different points in their journey.
01 / The starting point
We plan to help neighbors navigate food, clothing, hygiene supplies, transportation support, and referrals for housing and utility assistance.
Resume support, interview preparation, job readiness, financial literacy, and practical goal-setting for adults working toward independence.
Identification referrals, employment preparation, peer mentorship, and support for reconnecting with family and community after incarceration.
Mentorship, academic encouragement, leadership development, career exposure, and life skills for young people finding their direction.
Planned resource fairs, school-supply drives, meal distribution, and seasonal outreach that bring neighbors together.
